What Are Panic Attacks? And How To Get Relief

Panic attacks are frightening but are physically harmless episodes. They can be random or occur when exposed to various events that'll trigger a panic attack. They happen when you are very intense very quickly and go away with or without medical help. People that suffer from this may fear that they are dying, suffocating or having a heart attack. Feelings of choking. Chest pain, nausea or abdominal distress, feeling dizzy, unsteady, lightheaded and faint. Derealization (feelings of unreality) or depersonalization (being detached from oneself) Fear of dying, Paresthesias (numbness or tingling sensations) Chills or hotflashes
